Volcano Vaporizer UK is a UK business and as such we comply fully with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Quite simply this gives you the right to cancel your order at any time before despatch and upto seven working days after you receive your order.
All goods must be returned (at buyers cost) in their original packaging and un-opened. Please note, original postage charges (if any) will not be refunded.
For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
The goods must be unused
The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable
Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received your order
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
