What is the Vapbong Vaporizer?
The Vapbong Portable Vaporizer is a state of the art aromatherapy vaporizer that heats the active ingredients contained in herbs and other plant material to the point of vaporization, but before the point of smoke producing combustion.
What is the Vapbong Vaporizer Used for?
The Volcano Vaporizer can be used for aromatherapy as well as a safer alternative to traditional smoking.
How long do I have to heat the Vapbong up?
This depends on the strength of the flame and the outside temperatures. Generally speaking, you should try to reach the ideal temperature, step by step, heating up only a little bit and inhaling afterwards. Although you can’t see the vapour at the beginning, you’ll notice the taste off the plant’s ethereal oils. Repeat this procedure a couple of times. As soon as you can clearly see the vapour you exhale, you don’t need to heat the device up any more. Just go on inhaling and exhaling as long as the vapour is visible. What is the best way to inhale with a Vapbong?
Press your lips around the mouthpiece and keep the device tilted down. Inhale deeply and strongly for some seconds, as if the Vapbong were an oxygen tank!
Why does my Vapbong go out all the time?
A Vapbong cannot go out, because you don’t light it (unless you use it as a normal pipe). Although it can’t go out, its temperature may become so low after view inhalations that you are not able to see the vapour you exhale any more. In this case, just heat it back up to its ideal temperature, where you can clearly see the vapour again.
Can I also order individual parts?
Currently we don't stock spare parts for the vapong but it doe's come with a spare tube and you can by spare parts directly from the manufacture.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you are in the uk your Volcano will be shipped via DHL. If you are outside of the UK, your Volcano will be shipped one of the Mail services we use.
Where do you ship to?
We will ship the Volcano Vaporizer anywhere in europe provided that it is approved for use in your home country. We now ship worldwide.
The outer filter got stuck in the outer glass tube, what should I do?
First take it out, using a thin screwdriver or something similar. Then put it on the inner glass tube and press with your fingers to adapt it to the shape and the diameter of the inner glass tube. Go to the video about spare parts to see how!
